Data we use
We process names, company details, email addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses and connection logs, as well as information you choose to provide in requests or while using our services.
For account applications, we also receive payer bank evidence, yacht registration documents and, where applicable, commercial activity or tax documents. Authorised staff use these documents to assess the application and the tax treatment of future sales.
Why and on what basis
We use this information to answer requests, prepare quotations, manage orders and invoices, support customers and improve our services. Depending on the activity, processing is based on consent, performance of a contract or a legal obligation. Newsletter subscriptions require consent.
Recipients and retention
Data may be shared with technical service providers, carriers for deliveries and authorities when required by law. Appropriate safeguards apply to any transfer outside the European Union. Prospect data is kept for three years after the last commercial contact; transaction records for ten years; other data only as long as needed for its purpose.

We use technical and organisational safeguards. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, as applicable under the GDPR. Write to sales@yachtspares.app. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL or another competent data protection authority.
